Team Campton Crowned Back-to-Back Champion at Gold Coast Turf Club Gala

The Gold Coast glittered a little brighter this week as Adam Campton was officially presented with his Gold Coast Turf Club Trainers Championship medal; his second in as many years, at a dazzling gala event celebrating the best in Queensland racing.

Campton, whose stable has become synonymous with hard work, consistency, and competitive edge, was honored for his outstanding performance across the 2024–25 racing season. The back-to-back title cements his reputation as one of the rising stars of Australian racing, with a growing list of winners and a loyal ownership base behind him.

Speaking at the event, Adam expressed heartfelt gratitude to the people who make it all possible:

“I’m incredibly proud to receive this award again. It’s a reflection of the hard work and belief from my ownership group, my amazing staff who go above and beyond every day, and of course, my partner Tayla—who’s been my rock through it all.”

The gala, held at the Gold Coast Turf Club, brought together industry leaders, owners, jockeys, and trainers to celebrate a season of thrilling finishes and emerging talent. Campton’s win was met with warm applause and admiration from peers, many of whom have watched his stable grow from strength to strength.

With two championships now under his belt, all eyes will be on what Adam Campton does next. If his current trajectory is anything to go by, the best may still be ahead.
